Term and Conditions AM Homestay

General information, terms and conditions

-Muslim Only, group of rider/convoy not allowed to book.

-Strictly no pet/alcohol/smoking/vaping/drugs inside premise.

-2 CCTV consist of front and rear area for security purpose, no CCTV inside (living/room/toilet).

-We always make sure premise in optimum condition. Check for any damage/issues before stay, any damage after stay will be your responsibilities. 

-We wont responsible on any damage/injury/liabilities or any problem arise during your stay.

-Total guest, adult maximum 10.

Booking Terms And Condition

-Booking will be considered once full payment (booking + security deposit) had been paid.

-Booking payment will be refunded if any cancellation before 1 week of check in date (timestamp with 1 week 24H format), any cancellation within 1 week check in date, no refund as compensation for owner-blocking the date of other peoples to book (only security deposit will be refunded).

-Security deposit is equal to number of night stay (if stay one night, deposit will be 1:1), this is for security purpose, loss of keys, any damage, cleaning for bad hygiene etc.

-Security deposit will be refunded (if no issues) within 48H from date of checkout.

-Check in 3PM, early check in available with extra cost (RM15H)-to pay for extra manpower for housekeeping to expedite process of check in.

-Check out 12PM, late check out will impose extra charge (RM15/H) for extra manpower for housekeeping. If checkout after 5PM, will charge on one night price (provided no next guest check in)

-Long stay-at least 3 nights or more will provide housekeeping if requested, 1x/stay only with no charge

-Long stay-if cancellation/checkout early than date of checkout, no refund will be given as compensation for owner (blocking for other people booking)

-Addition toto for 2 adult + 2 pillow + 2 soft single comforter (early request prior to check in) with additional charge RM30

Before Stay

-Key collection as instructed.

-Full payment before check in, key will not be given if payment not fully paid before check in.

During Stay

1) Keep premise clean. Put all waste inside bin provided.

2) Strictly no smoking/vaping inside premise. Allowed at car porch only.

3) Off all electrical/lights/fan/water/aircond if not in use.

4) Parking inside the premise and in front of premise only, not blocking other people's car, if needed, left your phone number in your car.

5) Please keep noise to minimum especially 11PM and above.

6) Do not left your valuable items inside premise, we wont be responsible for loss of personal/valuable items.

7) Lock door and grill once you go out/checkout.

8) Do not throw pad/tissue inside toilet bowl.

9) Keep all furniture as during check in, if you need to move furniture (bed), kindly arrange them back.

10) Any accidental door lock (any door, main door/room/etc) and cause unable to open door (except door lock faulty), will impose charge to get extra key to be given to open the door as compensation/manpower/transport, charges RM30.

After Stay

-Make sure keep the premise as good as during check in.

- Recheck on your belongings before left the premise.

- Please put key in key box and rotate the number randomly.
